At Harley-Davidson UAE, our commitment to delivering exceptional motorcycles, Genuine Parts & Accessories, apparel, and customer care remains unwavering.
We are encouraged by the recent regional MOU and the positive progress towards continued stability. Our Dubai and Abu Dhabi dealerships remain fully open and operating as normal, with no disruption to our sales, service, parts, merchandise, or customer-support functions.
While the wider supply-chain environment is continuing to stabilise, some shipments may experience occasional delays as global logistics networks recover and alternative shipping routes are used. In certain cases, these routes are creating port congestion, which can extend delivery times.
We continue to work closely with Harley-Davidson and our logistics partners to monitor all shipments, minimise delays, and ensure orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.
Please be assured that:
- Our Dubai and Abu Dhabi operations remain fully open and operational.
- We are closely monitoring all incoming shipments and prioritising timely deliveries.
- Our customer-support team is available to assist with any order, service, parts, or delivery-related enquiries.
